Strategy : see at the beginning of the video. Juice rares, roll 100+ scarab on map, rush boss first for eater altars. It's a really easy strategy with headhunter because of the +2 rare modifiers (Horned Scarab of Nemeses), and shrines (can use beyond instead of shrines but I don't like it). Profit/hour should be good in standard because of really common scarabs that shot up in price (Titanic of Legends, Anarchy of Gigantification, Scarab of Wisp...) for the wildwood spam / mirror fishing strategies :)
