Budget : 2-3 mirrors because of the legacy flask effect tattoos (bought 200div each)

Build relies on legacy flask and flask effect scaling to reduce cost of Vaal Skills to 0.

Juice rares, roll 100+ scarab on map, rush boss first for eater altars. It's a really easy strategy with headhunter because of the +2 rare modifiers (Horned Scarab of Nemeses), and shrines (can use beyond instead of shrines but I don't like it).

Profit/hour should be good in standard because of really common scarabs that shot up in price (Titanic of Legends, Anarchy of Gigantification, Scarab of Wisp...) for the wildwood spam / mirror fishing strategies :)
