How do we make sure to consistantly get Stunned all the time, so that our Cast when Stunned setup works? Well, whenever we get hit by an enemy, that hit's damage get compared to our current Life, and if our life amount is low and the damage is high, we get stunned for some time. Due to Valyrium, this damage comparison gets calculated by using our Energy Shield instead of Life. Now, due to the Agnostic Keystone, our Energy Shield is Zero, so even a tiny amount of damage will always Stun us.
Thanks to Immutable Force, we can ignore the immobilisation from getting stunned. Due to how the game server works, there is a breakpoint at 961% Stun Recovery. So it should have at least 961% mod for getting the best result.
How does the Bloodnotch tech work? Well, when we get hit, Bloodnotch (with at least 50% mod), coupled with the Unfaltering Notable, recovers 60% of the damage taken. Petrified Blood gives us 10% Damage Reduction, and makes 30% of the total damage taken for that hit to be lost over 4 seconds instead, which gets neutralized completely by the 30% Life Recoup that we have on the passive tree. Adding Defiance of Destiny on top of this combo prevents us from being One-Shot, and we become nearly Hit Immune.
The next phase of upgrade (without a cluster jewel) will be Progenesis, which will replace our Quicksilver Flask. This will make us even more tanky, but is kinda overkill.
Getting 100% chance to Ignite is very important. We achieve this through a combination of passive tree nodes, crafted mod on our weapon, and 4x Ngamahu Warmonger Tattoos.
Explosion from the Ascendency node Hinekora, coupled with 100% chance to Ignite, creates massive ignite when it procs, and the Ignite Proliferation Rune Enchant on our weapon spreads that ignite everywhere, giving us insane clearspeed while mapping.
We rely on the same strategy for Bosses as well, since our single target dps is pretty bad otherwise. For this, we use the Penance Mark skill from The Hateful Accuser ring. This skill spawn killable mobs that procs the Hinekora explosion, which then creates a massive ignite, and then gets proliferated onto the Boss. Then the Defiled Forces Notable lets us keep that massive ignite on the enemy forever (due to the CWS + Punishment curse setup), until it dies.
Righteous Fire must be supported by Lifetap to be able to be supported by Swift Affliction. Lifetap adds the Duration tag to Righteous Fire, making it supported by Swift Affliction. And since Righteous Fire can't be cast more than once per area, we must use Lifetap on another skill to proc it and get its full benefit. So we use Lifetap in our Punishment setup.
If you want more damage, then Malevolence can be used instead of Determination.
DO NOT take the Brine King Pantheon, as it bricks the whole build. Same for the Unwavering Stance Keystone, DO NOT take that. That will also brick the build.
