[3.21 Crucible] Low to High Budget LA Deadeye is a Path of Exile Deadeye build by CyclonDefinitiv, made for the Crucible league (3.21). It is centered on Vaal Lightning Arrow and plays as a dexterity, attack, area, projectile archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 20.26M DPS with 102.88K effective HP, 4.04K life. Suited for: Simulacrum, Legion, Mapping, Essence. Key uniques include Kaom's Spirit, Progenesis, Crystallised Omniscience.

This Version of LA Deadeye has neither been intended nor tested to do Bossing, the focus is on Mapping. While it is theoreticly doable do to Bosses on this due to Vengeant Cascade and Sniper's Mark, I cannot say how good it will feel. Upgrade Steps from Low Investment to High Investment 1. Omniscience 23% and Gear Adjustments to get to 930 Omni 2. Fractured Quiver rolled with +1 Arrow [ Crit Multi Fracture and High Crafting Cost recommended | Alternative +1 Arrow Fracture and lower Crafting Cost to finihs ] 3. Body Armour with Unveiled Avoidance & Boots with Essence of Loathing and unveiled MS 4. Reservation Helmet, can be done earlier, but is not that high in Priority 5. Fractured Stat/Res Rings with Life 6. 2000 eDPS Bow At any Point you can go for the Awakenend Gem and Alt Quality Gem Upgrades, the most significant is Awa. Ele. Damage as it gives elemental reflect immune. HOWEVER if you overspam LA with HH or IL Buffs you can run out of Mana and do Basic Attacks, which result in potential Reflect Damage. At any Point going for a Mageblood or HH can be added. When going for HH less Stats on other Gear is needed When going for Mageblood, see recommended Fasl Setup in High Investment MB And drop the Flask Effect Wheel and get a Crit Cluster If you don't like Pierce you can Use (Awakened) Chain or Awakenend Fork instead of GMP or Mirage Archer based on Preference. In this case the Single Target Damage will drop in favour of better Clear.

In this video Cyclon shares his version of the Lightning Arrow Deadeye he has been playing on most of the league, a build not only very fast and doing good amounts of damage, but also very tanky for a mapper.

This is my take on omni LA deadeye, spent quite some time fiddling around with everything to get it here, mana fine tuning was a pita. Ive done wave 30 sims, all ubers, its all content viable. The entry budget is there is no budget, its not for the feint of heart. Still plenty of improvements i could do but even small upgrades are expensive to the extreme now. This is about as finished as ill get it. Boots could do with a change but im unsure what to go with, only ideas ive got are elevated shaper ailments, elevated tailwind boots. + something maybe bleed, poiso
