[Path of Exile] Torrent's Reclamation Vs. Darkness Enthroned Vs. Stygian Vise in 3.11 Harvest - 473

In this video I talk about these 3 options in my carrion golem build and show the best case scenario for the new harbinger belt "torrent's reclamation" from using the time-light scroll on the flow untethered to get the new summon "greater harbinger of time skill" which is a 10second cooldown instead of 20 :). Hopefully this clears up when to use this belt and what to use in our build. Enjoy!
