Okay, look, someone just posted a penance brand of dissipation which can do T17 + 5 risk, so this looks very baby in comparison.

But it doesn't use mageblood, and can complete all Ubers + 70% feared, coming in at around 50 divines.

Utilizes minimum endurance charges for defence, alongside curse stacking and sap from Solstice vigil, with mana really only for defence also. Cloak of Flame for phys mitigation Combined with a healthy amount of spell block and block, it's tanky for general mapping.

Offensively, onslaught perma boots, and big amulet, with LL oldschool setup (Atziri's reflection + Coward's legacy), combined with multi curse from Anathema. I'm happy with it :)
