Keep arcane surge up with frostblink until you drop it in act 4 when you pick up unleash

Keep Flesh Offering up with desecrate

Get into the +1 spectre around the end of act 3 when you get raise spectre

Get into the minion damage/chaos resist nodes before you leave act 5

Get 1-2 amethyst rings before you leave act 5

Press escape

Don't die
