I do not recommend swapping any earlier than the "Early Legion farmer" Loadout, hence i won't be providing a PoB for that. Just play LA or PConc until then.

The character in the showcase was just thrown together hastily in standard. You should follow the PoB for the build. Note that the new Lightning Keystone Roiling Tempest should work really well for this build, the PoB assumes you're taking it.

Inspired learning can be expensive early on and imo is kind of required. Once you have the jewel you can start blasting and the build scales up quite fast in terms of clear with every few extra divines invested. Rest of the gear should be pretty affordable, the bottleneck will almost certainly be the jewel.
