[POE 3.7 sc legion] Slayer ele hit MF. Cheap and fast! Alternative to tornado shot

Hello people. Today i wanted yo show you of what im currently doing in path of exile and it is nothing else but elemental hit slayer fast clearing t5 city square map. It has a little bit quantity in it which is 20%(can be pushed higher if needed). You might say that this is a very low quantity and not even mf. And ill answer that mf is not only about quantity of a character, but also how fast he can clear a map. Theres a video where im full clearing juiced up (133%quantity of a map) t5 city square for 86 seconds (lets say that this is 100 seconds if i was looting everything). The elephant in the room is a deadeye tornado shot which is insanly popular this days. So the biggest question is why whould i make ele hit if theres a t shot? Well first of all ele hit slayer is cheap af, most nesessery items is xophs blood(2ex - current price at sc legion) and 6-link bow(16c)+ shieking essence of rage(6c) and cold lightning combat focus jewels 1c each. All the other items are optional but i rly recommend to get yourself devotos devotion, biscos leash and queen of the forest. Make sure that if you are using queen you have at least 45k evasion rating at maps (with jade and stibnite flasks, grace and passive nodes it is ez to achieve). And also ele hit is literally no lags comparing to tornado shot.

So who might wanna make this build:

1. The one want to swap their cyclone slayer to fast bow build and IMHO ele hit is better for slayer then a tshot.
2. The human being who wanna have some fun with fast and cheap build.
3. People who tired of using tornado shot and want to feel some fresh clearing build

The build is totally capable of clearing a t16 map with some changes, i can adjust this character to show you that it is possible if anyone wants.
