Glacial Cascade of the Fissure Miner very viable on Scavenger a little worse than main game Elementalist but only 5-10% worse. Barely noticeable still Uber viable. Not the most optimal build for high level TOTA, so league start this, set up your endgame farming strats, and reroll into some specialized tota build after. Leveling can be done with either mines or RF. Anyway not sure if I'm playing this event or not but wanted to make this guide in case people were interested!
