Tornado Shot Warden with Tinctures has an incredible cooldown package at its disposal. Between double Tinctures, 100% increased effect of Dying Sun, Vaal Haste, and Unbound Avatar, this tech puts the hurt on any boss no matter how tough it get. Outside of mapping content, this build can do a sub-three second Uber Exarch kill with about one second of ramping required.
