---IMPORTANT NOTES---
Barbs and Prized Pain are the same effect, they cannot both proc on the same attack. This means that you can use Barbs as a buffer until you get 100% Prized Pain chance
You need an average roll of 27% on your Prized Pains to hit a 100% chance to proc. At that point Barbs is useless. This shouldn't be too expensive to reach
The difference between 98% Prized Pain chance and 100% Prized Pain chance is noticeable. YOU WILL feel the unlucky streaks
DO NOT RUNEFORGE YOUR BRASS DOME - It will remove all the armour and replace it with ward and this will destroy your flat damage
The Warding Rune of Disintigration is essential for our armour break. It's very common and cheap. Once you have one make sure to runeforge all your slots EXCEPT BODY ARMOUR to break as much armour as possible
Your Undying Hate only has to be in tribute to Amanamu, the numbers don't matter
When you instill Crystallized Immunities just slap some int gems into spear throw/stab and block to make it your most numerous so that you can get chill immunity (unless you really want shock/ignite immunity)
Vaal Pact is currently bugged, and the leech nerfs are brutal. Use it at your own risk, I do not recommend it anymore.
---RUNES---
The Greater Rune of Tithing is a very solid rune that gives us some damage access to shock, but there are also a few other solid options:
- Emergent Possibility in gloves grants extra damage as elemental based on how many runes you have socketed
- Rune of Accumulation in gloves grants life on hit, which could be better than leech for recovery
- Rune of Foundations and Iron Rune in body armour grant massive amounts of armour and work out to better flat damage than Tithings
- Legacy of Briarpatch trivializes reaching 100% crit chance, but also costs a hundred odd divines
Warding Rune of Disintigration on your spear is a must have
Greater Runes of Alacrity are good for second and third slots when you get a crazy endgame spear (crafting guide soon)
Emergent Instinct could be a solid damage boost, but I cannot simulate that yet, so I'm uncertain

GuyThatDies also has a really solid Twister build guide, it's just a bit more complicated than I wanted to put in the PoB -
https://mobalytics.gg/poe-2/builds/twister-huntress-levelling
Act 1 Twister Clear Rotation: 3x Whirling Slash -> Twister
Act 1 Twister Boss Rotation: Parry -> Fangs of Frost -> 3x Whirling Slash -> Twister
Act 2-3 Twister Clear Rotation: Ice-Tipped Arrows -> Barrage -> Twister
Act 2-3 Twister Boss Rotation: 3x Whirling Slash -> Ice-Tipped Arrows -> Barrage -> Twister -> Ferocious Roar -> Pounce
I know that's a lot of buttons, levelling with spears sucks total ass and this is the best option I could find
---THORNS TRANSITION---
While you can switch straight from Twister to Prized Pain Thorns, I recommend switching to Crown of the Pale King based Thorns before heading to the Dreadnaught
The earliest you can switch to Crown Thorns is Level 16. You MUST have a Crown of the Pale King before you can switch and at least one T3+ Support gem (preferably two)
T5 Support Gems are often cheaper than T3 Support Gems after the first few hours of the league and they work just as well
For Crown Thorns keep your Rapid Assault and Cull the Weak at level 5 - levelling them up only serves to increase the mana cost and attribute requirements
You can use literally any spear for Crown Thorns in the campaign - I recommend buying one from Renly to keep your attribute requirements low
Thorns Gear Damage Thresholds
Level 1: (1-2) to (3-4) Physical Thorns damage
Level 10: (5-7) to (7-10) Physical Thorns damage
Level 19: (11-16) to (15-23) Physical Thorns damage
Level 38: (24-35) to (35-53) Physical Thorns damage
Level 48: (40-60) to (61-92) Physical Thorns damage
Level 63: (64-97) to (97-145) Physical Thorns damage
Level 74: (101-151) to (146-220) Physical Thorns damage
