Short Overview: Viper Strike will apply two poison stacks if Dual-Wielding but that will come with an attack speed (30%) and damage penalty (20%). Cons is the VERY HIGH poison duration. In my case 10s. It's not very noticeable while clearing the maps due melee splash and poison prolif, but it makes the build feel like it has only half the DPS shown in PoB against map bosses. Also, scaling the build past 20m DPS is not recommended since your scaling options become quite limited and are expensive after that.
