Material_'s Notes
Heatshiver is getting pounded to the ground next league. Build has 366% movement speed in hideout, and 100m+ dps. Now that onslaught is a scalable buff, you can get 60% movement/attack/cast speed using forbidden jewels + mageblood/flasks. I tried using Devoto's Devotion for more movement speed, but the damage fell off too hard for mapping. You can certainly optimize for more defenses, but moving fast is so much fun. Phys bow is only better when you're using Herald of purity.
