GCF Miner got +25% mana cost and -25% damage, but it's still a top tier league starter, especially for SSF.
BTW, you must throw mines one cascade distance away from your target to get optimal DPS! I see a lot of people throwing on top of the enemy - this will result in MASSIVE DAMAGE LOSS!!!!!
