So ill try to give some context. This league i played only a mapper with TS as the main skill, but when i was done with everything i wanted i decided to try another Arrow skills, as im always looking for ideas.

For those who dont know, storm rain, is a skill where you shoot arrows in the sky, the fall in an area and you can have a maximum of 100 arrows in the floor. Each arrow will tick 4 times before disappearing, conecting 2 of those arrows with a beam of lightning. This skill is very clunky for mapping, and for bossing is hard to to use, becase the area is big, and the dps gets lost on a lot of beams not hitting the boss.

Thats where i found Divergent Storm Rain. Divergent storm rain has reduced area, and if you combine it with anomalous concetrated effect you can reduce the area considerably. Now, on top of that i added Ashes of the stars and Diallas mallefiction for even more reduced area. With that and 3 ballista, i was able to get almost 200 arrows in the floor per second ( 100 from ballistas and around 90 from me) , and that translated to insane dps.

I semi adapted my tornado shot build to try this out and went to do uber maven. The video im going to show, is a proof of concept. I suck at maven fight, as barely do bosses during league, and the char has no defenses built into it, mana issues, suboptimal optimization, as i just wanted to see the damage. On top of that i was trying to get used to the binds and mechanics. That being said, the dps was insane. It melts Uber maven. Sadly i didnt make more videos of the fight. I went after to do Feared 95% and even though i needed the 6 portals because i suck at the fight, the char melted the bosses there too. Can upload feared fight too if necesary. Imagine how bad im doing this fight, that i went melee with far shot allocated, was lowering my own dps .

So for next league, i want to try it as an uber bosser and invitation farmer. So im looking for ideas and concepts to make this char tankier and built from 0 with gear that will work with what i want to do and not my TS gear, that although it is great, it doesnt fit the needs.

Something for testing will be using enhance support too, but im not sure the reduced area it brings will be enough to compensate for 1 gem slot.

Maybe pathfinder will be better. Maybe omni if i use enhance for a lot of penetration.

here is a semi adapted pob of what i was using, because i didnt even make one. Sadly i tested the build in like 8 or 9 uber maven , of which i was able to finish 7 and then couple invitations and went back to my ts feeling there was something there. I do remember i had the storm rain enchant, just cant remember what other stats in helmet.
