I personally think this build is fucking nuts, expensive though too.

Ailment Immune, Divine Flesh, Surging Vits, 7k hp's, and just chunky with a lot of damage, and room for more.

No funny Pob business, you can check elusive for more ms/dodge, you can also check onslaught for when I do kill. I also get frenzy charges from Blood Rage on kill and typically have Endurance charges up at all times.

So basically this build is scaling impale and flat Phys everywhere. Everything else just supplements the clear (explosion chest, dd cluster jewels) and survivability (divine flesh, surging vits, enduring cry, molten shell, cwdt-steel skin, etc).

Budget - uhhhh, yes? Maybe 100ex? I really don't know.

edit - also a decent amount of fortify effect, can fit more I think.
