I was trying out an armor build with Iron Reflexes, but it feels bad when mapping - I recommend just running without it and dropping a few damage nodes to get the 'evasion when surrounded' nodes on this side of the tree, can easily have around 10k armour and evasion. You could also experiment with getting some of the deflect and glancing blows, if you'd like. Aside from the spear (3 div) and the prism of belief jewel (10 div) the build is trivial to put together on a 1-2 div budget. With a random damage jewel and a cheap spear the damage is still over half of what you see in the video. You can also increase the damage of the build by another 50% easily via deterministic crafting, pob contains the "dream spear" if you're curious (crafting method for something like that is demonstrated here, much cheaper too since it's only 4 relevant mods https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loyxy7ZT2iY ).
