I am not 100% sure about the 1 Billion DPS in POB. But as you can see the damage is ridiculous even at only a single hit, not even proccing Convergence and other buffs to the damage. I am still not 100% sure about how to calculate Spectre's life on Bodyswap.
This is not just a bosser you can make, you can easily get this thing do a easily screen-wide clear with stacking AOE charms and getting tons of PC or EC.
