Wendek's Notes
100% Delirium gives everything in the map 80% less damage taken, so that's why even basic mobs were taking a while to die despite this build nominally having about 38 million DPS at this point. This was actually my second attempt because for the first one I foolishly rolled both "Enemies get an endurance charge when hit" (which gives them massive physical dmg reduction) AND +99% more life which made the boss basically unkillable.
