(Updated POB for 3.28) Crazy 1.7 Billion DPS build - Hierophant Ice Spear Totems, Uber Bosser PoE

Insanely high dmg Hierophant Ice Spear totems build. 1.7 Billion dps with all buffs, and even 2.5 billion dps when enemy has less than 50% life (Punishment curse). I don't use here Coward's Legacy belt and Sublime Vision (worth 40 div) as most similar builds do. The main purpose of this build is to kill uber bosses without phases in 1-2 sec, so it can easy do Uber Exarch and Uber Eater. I also ran Uber Shaper and Uber Maven. Maven is pretty easy, just made mistake on last phase. Shaper is not so good, mainly because of annoying phase with mobs (can get oneshot from them) and bullet hell. Build is also pretty good for Sanctum (with freezing pulse, read below). This build is not a mapper!!! It's for bossing, and it's very squishy, glass cannon, you need to dodge attacks. And if you still want to run some maps, Trial of the Ancestors, Sanctum, Blighted maps - use Freezing pulse and Inc Crit Strikes instead of Ice Spear and Awak Ele Focus. Quicksilver flask instead of Diamond. Other flasks also can be replaced to Granite, Jade, Quartz etc. Also don't reserve life and don't turn on RF on that content to reduce the number of oneshots, dmg is more than enough. Only for sanctum can reserve 50% life to get more dps, but still don't use RF, I can't sustain it for long time.

Budget: 205 div, all prices in POB notes. Prices can be different at the moment when you watch this video! Can greatly reduce the budget by 40-80 div without corrupted items, awak GMP, lvl 4 empower, lvl 4 enhance and by using bit worse rare items.
