So I lied. Didn't like the new Trarthus gems too much and I spent many days trying to steal builds off of PoeNinja for inspiration, and ended up playing around with the Perma Soul Eater tech with the new Venarius amulet that gives you free gem levels all around.

Main defensive layer is Petrified Blood, with Progenesis added ontop later on when I farm one out. In addition, I'm running EB + MoM + Cloak of Flames and with Pyroclasp unique belt to convert another 15% of Phys to lightning. Since I run Purity of Elements and Fire, I can potentially get more by finding a big watcher's eye with those Phys Taken as Mods as well. This gives us a ton of Physical damage mitigation that we can then use to recover ES by taking the Divine Shield Keystone which lets us regenerate Energy Shield from 3% of the Physical Damage we prevented, and thus replenish ES that we need to take further advantage of MoM.

This build WILL die to less regen, no regen, and such mods, so if you are gambling on blue tower, watch out.

For the next build, I want to try some funny shenanigans with Manaforged Arrows, then I'll probably call it a day for this league, unless something else cool comes up for me to steal.
