Expedition atlas trees are almost as uncommon as abyss ones, but why? I tried it out for 200 maps myself and got quite the lucky drops from it. Iron flasks doubled in price and olroths charge halfed so don't be surprised about price fluctuations. With all the scarabs it's some of the hardest content in the game, so beware of that. Getting nothing for 50 maps isn't unusual, the drop rates aren't super high but not that tiny either. Some prices might as well crash in the future, check them before you do it if it's been a while.
