I'm back with another shield build, because of course it's shields again!
This time around I wanted to focus in on maximizing speed. Most of you have probably seen the herald of blood / poison tech at this point. However I can't emphasize enough how strong it is while you are also actively blocking the whole time and having tons of reduced Movement Speed Penalty.
