Hi all, I have been a massive fan of the "Trigger a socketed fire spell on hit" enchant on one handed axes this league and have made few builds around this enchant already. This one involves Summon Raging Spirit of Enormity being supported by the Infernal Legion gem and utilizing Minion Instability Keystone. The general idea is for the ranging spirits to be triggered via an attack and have them scurry towards their targets and just as they are about to gently hug their enemies... they explode in their face doing fire damage. I did some testing and decided that I wanted to make both the initial hit from the explosion as well as the ignite do damage, so this is a bit of a hybrid build. For the most part, I explain the build and the choices I made in the video. However, a very important TLDW note is that, depending on which attack skill you use to trigger the SRS's, you will have to play around with their resistances and/or your setup. For example when I was using the Cyclone attack skill and I wanted to have them explode almost immediately, my rings had enough minus to minions resistances to make their total elemental resistances be at -22%. On top of that, I also used the Tavukai amulet. In my current setup I use the Lancing Steel of Spraying attack skill so I am not so close to the mobs, therefore I wanted the SRSs to survive long enough for them to reach their intended targets. Currently they have positive 7% elemental resistances but I am using Ashes of the Stars amulet. Another gem to consider is the Meat Shield gem because it provides better damage than some of the other support gems. However, the SRS's would take 29% less damage, meaning they would die much slower to Infernal Legion/Tavukai modifier. If you don't have enough negative resistances on the SRS's and/or don't use the Tavukai amulet than they will not die fast enough and if you trigger more than 6 at a time, the oldest one roaming about will simply be replaced with a fresh new one and no explosion will occur. There is a lot of moving parts on this build, so please feel free to ask any questions and/or give me feedback/suggestions, thanks.
