Just Some Notes:
use Increased Critical Damage instead of Added Cold Damage for ur Main Link.
use Elemental Damage With Attack Skills instead of Elemental Focus for ur Totem Link.
i use kaom's spirit to gain rage and use Berserk , too hard to give up on free attack damage , attack speed , movement speed , damage reduction
u can buy max leveled and quality gems , and also awakened gems
u can use inspired learning for better mapping
