Is Blade Vortex still OP? FEARED and ALL CONTENT KILLED (Aura Stacker: Build Diary #32)

I decided to try out an old favorite, and the clear is honestly absurd while having respectable single target. I was able to do the Feared, Awakener, and all content with the single target being not far behind Penance Brand, which was very surprising. I plan on optimizing this build further before trying to make a budget variant like I did with Penance Brand. In addition, I included a clip of map clear with Budget Penance Brand as a lot of people were asking for it.
