Testing league start build.
Total cost should be 10-15 div with decent knowlodge of crafting. Haven't got the last voidstone yet.
It's functionally similar to bleed retaliation build - cheap to start, easy progress. Can get enough tankiness for t17 ambush farm very early.
The problem is it's slow, and dps feels low for bossing.
Flicker strike should be the right build to play with tainted pact.
