Kelvynn PoE's Notes
My first Arbiter kill in 0.4. Still with budget gear (about 10 div total). I don't have enough damage yet to skip the time-wasting mechanics in the first phase. And it gets kinda close at the end as I'm trying to finish him off before he does the circle+beam combo. But this gear is enough to do this kill and finish the new quest that lets you craft more than 2 mods on tablets. Yay!
