Short Explanation:

Admonisher (passive tree notable) is ridiculous with the warcry cdr Foulborn Uul Netols axe. You have around 15-25 warcries recently since all your cries have around 1 to 1.5 sec cdr. This singular passive point is giving you 15 times 15 (for me atm), increased damage. Thats 225% increased damage the Non warcry cdr setup doesnt have. Which compensates for the subpar pdps of the axe itself by far.

The result is that mathematically Foulborn Uul Netols is better than playing any other axe, simply because this one passive node.

You can't beat this dps without like a 1.1 to 1.2k pdps axe which is ridiculously hard to get in ssf. And using that axe also makes u lose a bunch of quality of life from faster valour generation so in the end it's just not worth it.

POB has been updated with this loadout, it involves a tree respec so keep that in mind.
