Wanted to make proper Vortex build, but once i tried using Poet's Pen, i just didn't see a single reason to use self cast Frostbolt and Vortex. Poet's Pen is just way too strong, does not require any specific build, no drawback, pls nerf. End game viable, eye burning, fps melting build.
