Lightning Warp Assassin - My FAVOURITE Build in 3.17, FULL Build Guide (Archnemesis, Path of Exile)

This is one of the fastest builds I've ever played, no Headhunter or Mageblood needed. If you want to try boss-rushing, chances are this will be the best build for it.(Siege of the Atlas, Poe)

Pob: Orb of Storms is not included in the single-target damage, it will probably add around 50-60% more damage! Do not forget to craft "Cannot be Frozen" on your boots if you have to cut Arctic Armour in the "No Forbidden Flame/Flesh" Version!!!
