Quick Text Breakdown of the craft:

Item Base:

Jewelled Foil

iLvl 82 or higher

(can use OVERQUALITIED if you like it is beneficial)

Step 1:

Essence of Zeal spam until you hit EITHER Tier 1 Crit chance OR Tier 1 Crit multi with an open suffix (or both T1 Chance and multi but that is very rare).

Step 2:

Craft Suffixes can't be changed and the use the Harvest crafting bench to reroll with critical modifier, this will guarantee your missing critical mod, we are searching for T1 which is a 1 in 6, if you fail go back to step 1 (worth yolo annuling first it's cheaper if you hit)

Step 3:

now the suffixes are done so once again craft "suffixes can't be changed" and Harvest craft "reroll with lightning" this guarantees flat lightning damage, we are looking for T3 or better (T1 is too low of a chance to go for realistically)

Step 4:

Now we hit the sword with a Crusader Exalted Orb, we are looking for EITHER Lightning Resistance Penetration OR Hybrid Lightning Pen with flat lightning damage. only one we DON'T want is Physical damage with leech.

(if you get physical damage you can TRY and salvage it by once again going suffixes can't be changed and harvest reroll lightning, but you need to hit BOTH T1-3 flat lightning AND the appropriate Crusader mod, that is likely going to be MORE Expensive than just getting a new sword and starting from scratch)

Step 5:

Finally you want to craft "hit's can't be evaded" and use the harvest bench to enchant the weapon with "quality doesn't give extra damage it instead gives critical chance".
