As a base skill, PConc of Bouncing is absurdly strong, and a whole lot of fun when you get to the point where you can just shield charge the entire map with the occasional flask throw. I still believe though, Assassin is a better choice for single target, Pathfinder for clearing, and Slayer if you dont want to risk falling over for no reason.
