Another iteration of My build from Ultimatum league, but this time I've swapped out some of my regen and life for damage.

Description: Purifying Flame Chieftain
Purifying flame is linked to spell echo and intensify to stack intensity
at least to two stacks per cast. It's also linked to lifetap so that it costs
life instead of mana, as it's easier to manage with some life regen going.
Life regen is mostly coming from the uniques Voll's Vision, and immortal flesh.
Righteous Fire, Haste, Vaal Haste, and Herald of Ash are ran to increase my
overall damage. And enemies take more damage whilst on consecrated ground,
mainly caused by Purifying Flame. Wave of Conviction is ran for the
exposures and is linked to overcharge to increase the chance to shock
to make Purify Flame deal more damage to shocked enemies. Enemies are
also covered in ash from infernal cry. And my curse is spread by Leap Slam,
linked to hextouch, flammability, and hex bloom. Immortal call is ran
to reduce incoming damage, and let the character regen life for a moment.
Pros :
-Main skill can easily be leveled with early on even with only life nodes and regen at first
-Constant consecrated ground without having to be Inquisitor
-Can shot gun, even in t16s
-relatively quick clear, despite not being a "fast" character
Cons :
- Not at 5k life (4.5k currently)
-Needs some regen from gear
-Works off of multiple casts of the main skill, single cast may not seem powerful
-Holy flame totem is only ran for curse immunity, cull, and more consecrated ground,
and does not increase your damage
-Mana pool is relatively low, meaning that Wave of Conviction is cast
like it has a cool down, which is only fine as it's main use it to spread exposures and shock enemies.
