Wanted to share a quick showcase of my 3.25 leaguestarter.
This is a tanky-focused build with 8M DPS without temp buffs (~13M with buffs up), 7 endurance+frenzy charges, Slayer overleech, 100% suppress and 80% max res. The build can do T17s comfortably with proper rolling, though bosses take a while. I did not try Ubers with this build (too expensive), but the easy ones like Uber Eater and Shaper should be no problem. The usual Berserker and Hierophant variants would do a lot better in that regard.

Though I skipped 3.24, I've always wanted to play Rage Vortex of Berserking after seeing the many ways to permanently sustain it, and wanted a faster and fancier way to have the Righteous Fire playstyle. While the 3.25 changes reworked Rage a lot, I managed to theorycraft a tanky budget build using the new endurance charge changes. When Admiral's Arrogance was discovered while I haven't started the league yet, I was convinced to 100% commit to the build and use the new gloves.
I managed to get 4 voidstones (deathless bossfights) with a measly 2M dps because of being very tanky. I pivoted to Ralakesh once it got cheaper because the free damage was too good to pass up.
Not really a beginner build, too many QoL problems but it is very fun just walking to enemies and facetanking.
We weapon swap to Redblade Banner to Enduring Cry and trigger Forbidden Rite, so we can use Vengeful Cry to have max rage at the start of the map (idea taken from reddit). Our weapon swap also uses a wand instead of a melee weapon so we can cancel Rage Vortex at will. I took the FB Katabasis tech of Autoexert + General's Cry for perma-onslaught and sustaining rage while there are no mobs. We also use the classic Ralakesh + Arn's Anguish combo to pretty much double our damage vs budget gear.
Total cost of the build is about ~60 divines.
