So 3.25 arrived, and I took a break from playing POE in 3.24 to play other games. I saw 2 gems, and I realized: "This is stupid, I can break this".
Budget PoB starting out: https://pobb.in/4c7AihNh-x0U

Build Premise
I have a steam deck/ I hate pushing many buttons. I like to make builds that use funny interactions and can be played casually up to and including t16.
The following 2 gems have very fun interactions:
https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Overexertion_Support
https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Vengeful_Cry
Strikes and Slams both are able to VERY COMFORTABLY run 5 exerting warcries. Other attacks that don't fit into either can run 4. 5 warcries exerting is 100% (!) more damage.
Did you know you can trigger Vengeful Cry with forbidden rite? Now you know.
Because you are warcrying all the time, your banner is basically always ready at 50 valour, no matter if you killed things or not.
Offence
Leap slam.
Big man jump. Many thing die.
Currently I'm sitting at ~15m dps, and I'm now at the point where I'm trading more dps for more mapping quality (things like attackspeed, life, etc).
You have a 4 skill rotation:
1: enduring cry (I put on lmb)
2: Leap slam (first one turns on berserk, second does a forbidden rite)
3: Vengeful Cry after forbidden rite (you will get something like 50 rage and 30 rage regen/sec)
4: For bosses/ rares/ before you click on a harvest: Drop your banner. Mine lasts ~15 seconds, gives something like 40% allres, and 32% more damage.
Defence
Enduring cry + immortal call is a known combo, it's not 100% coverage, but it's usually up enough when you need it, to start an encounter and clean up things that could swarm you down.
You need to get the warcries recover 15% of life, and you also need to get the Leech Recoup mastery. Using this + forbidden cry, if you get the slampocalypse going, you will recover something crazy like 100% life per second.
Things that will kill you dead
Don't do reflect, don't do cannot regenerate, don't do reduced recovery, don't do can't leech. These just suck for a "I wanna zoom through a map" playstyle.
Don't do delirium. Those slow hand things are just a nightmare. I tried to make it work but I don't think anything that gets up close and personal other than a Juggernaut is going to succeed.
Final Thoughts
Steam deck compatible, it will suck in juiced t17s (yeeeerp) with the auto targetting of leap slam, but it does alch and go suuuuuper comfortably.
