Features: Elemental Ailment Immune, Instant Leech, Ignores Monster Resistances, Spell suppress capped, All Content Viable, Can Run almost ALL Map mods, Designed for 40/40 Challenge Completion in POE 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur league.

Notice: An important thing I forgot to mention is that freeze and stun will hit you hard at t17 WITHOUT Soul of Brine King Pantheon (Fully upgraded). If you are NOT USED to Vaal Pact builds, then either remove it from passive tree and use a Life flask, or don't play it. Although I'm enjoying it, some new players are not. Build is SUPER FUN, but you will require some manual skill and a smooth PC without lags to avoid dying (considering you have replicated my exact build from the PoB).

Defences: 4k Life, Evasion, 6 endurance charges = Pure physical damage reduction (not armour) via Ralakesh boots + elemental damage reduction, Instant Leech (Vaal Pact), Spell Suppress Capped, High effect of Sap (you take less damage from the target) via Secrets of Suffering jewel.

For even MORE single target damage: Turn a green socket from body armour to white with Omen of Blanching, then swap lightning strike to molten strike.
