Done both Infinite Hunger and Black Star with upgraded gears. Kikazaru ring is so good that gives a lot of life regen and cap the curse reduction easily. Also spent about 100c on eldritch currency trying to get some decent implicit on rare gears, but unlucky with the mods rolled on them.
