My take on the Doryani's Prototype builds that everyone is loving this league. Starter out as Lightning Strike but I hated the clipping on small rocks so I rolled it over to a Flicker Strike instead and felt a whole lot better! With being both IR and CI you end up with a massive defense pull that let's you face tank anything.
