True Infinite vaal Earthquake soul ripper Pathfinder.
I believe this build was already possible somewhat, but with that bit more "increased flask charges gained" available with the pathfinder rework makes the build that much more achievable. Here is a scaffold tree with basic pathing for attacks and no gear beyond what is needed to sustain Soul Ripper flask ( https://pastebin.com/8EZwu2PW ) (Master Alchemist is unallocated to better represent flask uptime)
So here is how it works: With Nature's Adrenaline, the traitor keystone (1 slot missing), the lesser exarch body armour implicit "flasks gain a charge every 3 seconds", exactly 46% increased flask duration from the passive tree, exactly 5% quality on the flask, flask enchant "use when at full charges" and at very least 88% increased flask charges gained. We can perfectly 100% uptime sustain a 30 charge Soul ripper with exact timings to vaal EQ.
Vaal EQ's soul gain prevention is 9.009 seconds, the vaal effect ends after 9 aftershocks, each aftershock has a 1.023 second base duration (server tick rate) for a grand total of 9.207 seconds, and Soul ripper has a duration of 9.20 seconds with the above setup.

Apparently soul ripper is impossible to activate during soul prevention, this is good so your flask cant ever be wasted, however it is bad that the only documentation of this is on a reddit post investigating it after its only rework 2 years ago. I GUESS one could intuit that "gain vaal souls when used" cant happen during soul prevention but to automatically assume that the flask cant be wasted is a bit much. wiki people pls fix, also ggg pls fix to communicate this better.
Getting a perfect 30 charge soul ripper is in practice impossible or absurdly expensive. We can get a less than 30 charge flask if we use a rare weapon with a delve fossil mod "Vaal Skills require reduced Souls Per Use" (20% on 1 handers, 40% on 2 handers). As for a more than 30 charge flask, our options are limited to, giving up another or more flask slot, additional "increased flask charges gained" (we can get up to 40% on a rare belt, the Magnate has 50%), tier 5 or 6 of the exarch body armour implicit for 2 flask charges every 3 seconds, and stacking "chance to gain a flask charge on crit" which might actually be the play here.
Math is difficult. PoB always assumes you can use a utility flask at 30 charges, this is not the case here as Soul Ripper can only every be used when its at max charges, so we have to painfully manually calculate its uptime if its max charges isn't exactly 30. Further more, "reduced flask charges used" affects the number of vaal souls gained, taking the passive Careful Conservationist may or may not be good for the build depending on how many max charges the flask has, but i think the line "Consumes Max charges to use" still causes the flask to use all charges despite this modifier.
We have to make pathfinder do damage with vaal EQ, thankfully most of our gear slots are free beyond a belt and rare chest piece. Its still gonna be ass to figure out though.
