This is my Enhance version.

It is strange that I removed Inspiration and added Enhance. I then moved EH to a green slot to take advantage of the Quality. It shows 20% more damage per ailment which in theory would be 60% with 3 ailments, but the PoB is showing a lot lower.
I will keep playing around with it. I did lose 2 levels to EH by moving it to a green socket so maybe that is the issue.
