Overview
[PoE 3.28] SSF GCF Miner Elem Day 3-4 Update! 40m DPS, Ubers down. The spooning continues xdc is a Path of Exile Elementalist build by smokie_777, made for the Mirage league (3.28). It is centered on Glacial Cascade of the Fissure and plays as a intelligence, spell, area, cold archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 37.2M DPS with 32.77K effective HP, 17 life, 6.33K energy shield. Key uniques include The Arkhon's Tools, Foulborn Tulborn, The Eternal Struggle, Doedre's Damning, Winterweave.

I kind of solved defense by going for a max ES shield instead of an offensive shield, then taking the "Arcane Guarding" wheel.
All my rares were crafted using Genesis Tree. Winterweave/Doedre's Damning I got off the ground, they're not too uncommon, but you could also target farm them using Genesis Tree.
BTW, to target farm Foulborn Tulborm, click "ranged weapons, more int, less str/dex, more foulborn chance". To target farm the rings, click "rings, less int/str/dex, less foulborn chance".
Upgrades are still possible on this but I'm too lazy to do them...may just move on to another build instead 😅
Hope you guys are enjoying the build! This build is now 3% of all SSF, on the same level as Earthshatter lol. I guess we're "meta" now...
