Hi folks I'm here to share my icicle mine deadeye with a quick showcase and pob which I have been using as a dedicated Sanctum farmer and a variant I have been recently using to farm TOTA as well. My pob's are relatively min-maxed and are not budget. This post is primarily for people who have currency and are interested in farming both Sanctum and TOTA with 1 build. However, I will note that the sanctum farming variant can be setup for a much lower cost. Items like 4-mod jewels and mageblood are not neccessary to have an easy sanctum experience.

The build is very fast and efficient with TOTA. Tournaments are on verage sub-8 minutes. No need to purchase units every round and no need for any units on defence. To setup the build, we make minor changes on the tree to spec into freeze duration. This along with Annihilating Light staff + Expedition's End chest allows us to permafreeze EVERYTHING except the Rongokurai tribe (and tidecallers with immune to freeze item). We are zhp and so only care about capping fire res to sustain RF. Unfortunately this setup is not budget as you need the mageblood for at least a ruby flask.

Check your freeze ailment duration when setting this up. I'm able to freeze without using any curses or bear trap. If you have less damage/freeze duration and can't quite reach the ailment threshold yet, you may have to cast arcanist brand for damage which translates to freeze duration or rely on blast freeze to freeze the boss so heatshiver can proc which along with expedition's end can allow you to continue to freeze. I'll be honest though, the TOTA variant only feels good to play once you can freeze everything by just throwing mines and nothing else, lets me watch netflix on the side screen :))
