Ran over 30+ merciless lab, still not getting the elemental penetration so gonna leave the current boot enchant as it be. It takes 4sec to reset the critical strike chance bonus from boot enchant kinda, as observed on character stat panel. The cold exposure isn't being enabled by the awakened cold penetration support gem in PoB, it should improve the DPS by about 7-8% probably.
