- Act V -
At this point, you will not be making any changes to your setup untill the end of the campaign. Maybe just add add a Cast when Damage Taken / Automation + Steelskin if you feel squishy and you have the links for it
Make sure you are slowly upgrading your gear from drops!
Look for STR+DEX equpment bases with high life, resistances (if/when needed) and other good stats like accuracy / attack speed / phys dmg/ etc
!Also make sure you are always upgrading your weapon through the vendor recipe or bench that i have listed above!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Act VI to X -
Do trials 2 & 3 at around lvl 55 & 65.
If you have problems while progressing:
- Is your accuracy higher than your life? (Always check this when replacing gear pieces)
- Are your resistances capped at 75? (You wont need as much res on gear if you are using Purity of Elements)
- Do you have the reccomended weapon for your level (Check list above)

- Early Maps Purgatory -
Progress through early maps, slowly upgrading your gear from drops. Try to not spend much currency on upgrades, and instead save it for the items you need for the Dex Swapp.
If you hit a point in which you are struggling, try to upgrade your weapon and if you must, invest only in items you can also use after the swap: 5 link Body Armour / Better Boots or uniques like Devoto's, Carnage Heart, Le Heup, Belt of the Deciever, etc
Faust gambling is also a option for upgrades (Dont overdo it, as you will need around 20k-50k for respec)
Early Axe Crafting:
This is just a placeholder ment to get you through early maps and be able to farm some initial currency - dont go crazy investing too much here!
- Get a Despot Axe and slam a couple of Contempt Essences (Highest Tier you can find / afford) - Dont spend more than a few chaos!
- If you happen to also roll Hybrid Phys/Increased Phys/Attack speed, that's awesome! If not, dont worry - bench craft and keep pushing on!
- Bench Craft %Increased Physical Damage or Attack Speed (if you already rolled phys) -dont go higher than the alteration version
! Make sure you always have a bleed source while using Gladiator ascendancy to procc explosions ! These will cary your clear early game, untill you get some decent damage. You can get it from:
-Skill Tree
-Bleed Tincture
-Bleed Tatoos
================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================
- Dex Swap - ~50c average cost on Day 1 (reduced drastically the days after)
Items Recommended before swapping:
- One With Nothing - Obviously, this is mandatory - Avg 40c @Day 1 (drops to ~20c after the first days)
- Dancing Dervish - Can work without it, but might as well be mandatory - ~1c even @Day 1
- Fluid Motion Viridian Jewel - Not manadatory, but recommended - ~5c (Skip for later if for some reason to expensive early)
- Devoto's Devotion - Not manadatory, but recommended - <5c @Day 1
Cheap Placeholder Unique Upgrades:
- Belt of the Deciever - Not mandatory, decent stats for the usual price - <5c @Day 1
- Briskwrap / Bronn's Lithe - Not mandatory, decent stats for the usual price - <5c @Day 1 !These are only placeholders, dont invest in socketing/linking them above 4-5 links!
- Carnage Heart - Not mandatory, decent stats for the usual price - <5c @Day 1
- Le Heup of All - Not mandatory, decent stats for the usual price - <5c @Day 1
- Lion's Roar Granite Flask - Not mandatory, decent stats for the usual price - <5c @Day 1 Get one with 9-10% more phys
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Item Upgrade Priority -
Low Budget (under 1 div each):
- Rare Armour - Buy any high Armor (Royal Plate is best, but more expensive) 6 link chest and apply a few essances on it. Try to get at least 3 good stats like armor/life/Phys reduction/Resistances and add a bench craft on it (whatever it's missing) / Great 6link vid from Pal
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTwIPOR_82k
- Rare Boots - Try to get at least 4 good stats like 25%+ Movement Speed / Life/ Dexterity / Chaos Res / Elemental Res. You can eventually find cheap fracture to craft on (IE: Tier 2-3 life fracture on a mediocre base)
- Rare Amethyst / Two-Stone Ring - Try to get one with at least 4 good stats like Life / Dexterity / Chaos Res / Ele Res / Attributes / etc
- Medium Cluster Jewel - with Enduring Focus - Should be pretty cheap
- Split Persionality x 2 - Dexterity + any stat / Armour will probably be cheapest. (Life, Str, Int versions will be a few divines)
- Rare Jewels - Dexterity /Attack Block / %life / Dual wield / life on hit / resists / etc - Any combo you can find for cheap / we will replace these later
- Large Cluster Jewel - Try to get one with 12% Phys / 12% Attack while dual wielding & 8 Passives with 3 notables if possible (Like the one listed in Low/Mid build)
- Small Cluster Jewel - Mana reservation + Destructive aspect
- Brutal Restraint - The more dex, the better! Stat Prio: %Dex>20Dex>Onlsaught Attack speed/Alechemist Genius/Flask charges/Movement Speed are nice to haves - Note that this jewel will brick Iron Reflexes, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of evasion!
- Annoint - Forceful Skewering (Verdant / Azure / Violet) - Change to Ambidexterity later (depending on where you roll better stats with Brutal Restraint)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mid Budget (1-5 Divs / piece):
- Death's Rush - 2/3 seconds Adrenaline - Really great value for the investment
- Astramentis - Totally awesome for the build, but obnoxiously expensive the first days / Get it when you can
- Watcher's Eye - +Chaos Resistance while affected by Purity of Elements (Later get one that also has Pride buffs)
- Eyes of the Greatwolf - 30% Increased Attributes + 60% Increased Global Phys dmg - This combo is unpopular and usually pretty cheap. Really strong for us : better than astramentis, a bit worse than Simplex Amulet
- Rare Ring - Upgrade rare ring to one with rare stats like Vulnerability on hit / %increased dexterity / Aspect of the Crab - Will make a separate video on this
- Rare Armour - 1% Attack Speed per 25 Dex - Can make a decent temporary one through recombinator - Will make a separate video on this
- Eldritch Implicits - Fortify on hit & Maximum resistance / Aura effect - Can get these earlier if you get a decent chest
- Arn's Anguish + Ralakesh's Impatience (Endurance) - These will mostly only be good when paired. Ralakesh should be cheaper now - THIS is when/why you swap to Slayer!
- Unnatural Instinct Viridian Jewel - Great value / jewel slot. Tends to be expensive early.
- Brutal restraint - Minimum 4 x 5% Dex nodes
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
High Budget (5+ Divs / Piece):
- Rare Armour - Royal plate with Fractured 1% Attack Speed per 25 Dex - Will make a separate video on how to craft
- Light of Meaning %Physical - Great damage boost. Tends to be expensive early, even though Phys version is not as sought after as others.
- Watcher's Eye - Purity of Elements + Pride
- Kalandra's Touch - Only if you already have one good ring
- Small Cluster Jewel - 3 passive 6% mana efficiency with 35% increased effect - Will make a separate video on how to craft
- Emperor's Mastery - Great Jewel slot value, but really high cost
- Progenesys - might belong on the next bracket
Extremely High Budget (100+ Divs):
- Forbidden Flame / Flesh - Masterful Form / These might actually be cheaper now with the Ralakesh nerf
- +1 Frenzy Charge Ring - Will make a separate vid on how to craft
- Headhunter / Mageblood - HH is usually 1/4 the price
- Simplex Amulet - Crazy power, even crazier price. Dont expect to get anytime soon, unless you run heist and have insane luck.
- Voices - If you are showering in divines, why not
Honorable mention Uniques:
- Speaker's Wreath - Used with Spiritual Command annoint / Only good above around 2k+ dex
- Garukhan's Flight - Decent, but obnoxiously expensive at league start - Gets outshined by mediocre rare boots.
- Circle of Guilt / Anguish - Can be good early if it has implicits like +1 frenzy / % dex / Vulnerability & paired with herald of purity / ash
- Bisco's Leash - Can be nice for some early rarity, but tends to be too expensive for what it offers to us
- Repentance - Used just for leveling gems (The trick is to equip enough stats to put them on, then remove those stats so you no longer meet the requirements. That way, it's like you're not wearing gloves, but the gems inside still gain experience.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Make sure you have a source of:
-Corrupted Blood Imunity -Flask / Pantheon / Tree / Corrupted Jewel
-Bleed Imunity - Flask / Pantheon / Tree / Corrupted Implicit / Slayer
-Stun Imunity - Unwavering Stance / Pantheon (Brine King) / Flask (harder to get)
-Onslaught - Flask / Tree / Boots / Brutal Restraint / Some items
-Phys reflect imunity - better off just not running reflect maps - FlaskFlask / Pantheon / Tree / Slayer
