Note: THIS IS NOT A LEAGUESTARTER GUIDE. It just happened to be the timing of the video that I had time to make it around leaguestart. The build can be played as a leaguestarter but it has a transition, you can't play it out of the acts.

My recommendation for a league start would be to play elemental mines (e.g. eye of winter mines) and transition into it once you get (a) your helmet and (b) your reap to level 24 and build from there.

Wands were crafted by taking a synth base, fossils (metallic, corroded, jagged, shuddering) unti +1 all. Scour and beastcraft until +1 all is the only prefix plus two of whatever suffixes. Craft cannot roll attack and harvest aug phys (25% failure chance with two suffixes. Big buttclench). Prefixes can't be changed, scour suffixes for just the two mods +1 all and +1 phys. Then multimod: prefixes can't be changed and any disposable prefix (e.g. mana). This guarantees that the aisling slam wont remove the +1s and will be a guaranteed suffix (Aisling suffixes are much better on wands and have a higher chance of unveiling well). Craft dot to block aisling unveils and unveil, looking for crit multi. This step can go wrong but many other unveils are good like cast speed, and then you can sell the wand for like 20 divines at least anyway. After that multimod to finish the craft.

I recommend using craft of exile to practice all crafting projects!
