Power Siphon is my favorite skill in PoE and when wisps were first introduced to the game I thought "finally a wand skill can do competitive single target damage and have clear!". Unfortunately the requirements to clear actually "clear" have gone up with more and more juiced content, and Kinetic Blast has completely taken over the wander archetype.

When I saw the Reliquarian ascendancy drop I knew I'd be building around wisps. So I grabbed two grace of the goddess and set off on my six wisp adventure. Of course the natural progression here is to use shrines because the new belt is broken So Acceleration seemed like the natural progression. I'm gonna drop the pob here and then explain it a bit, because there a lot going on for a Power Siphon build:

So to get the "ya this is expensive" part out of the way. I have two absolutely cracked grace of the godesses, 3 helicals (1 misted), volitile vaal blunderbore and marylene's fallacy, max PC Gull, chaos res light of meaning, FF/FF combo, and the ever popular acceleration belt. It's a lot of effort to build something that is still outclassed by week 1 KF totems, but here we are.

Stepping into the build, I definitely wanted blunderbore to buff the belt and to get some very nice max life from lesser massive shrine. The big hit here is the strength requirement so I decided to go supreme ostentation, which ended up being a great idea, because I got an insane timeless jewel that would be worth so much currency if this build was popular. Allocating 5 points around my thread of hope ring gives me a whopping 240% increased spell damage, 12% attack block and 10% max life. Speaking of block, we use gladiator ff/ff and an impossible escape to get 77% block and double our dual wield attack bonus. The wands set us up for massive damage with all of the phys as extra ele (and we convert all of the phys with our gloves and cluster jewel). All that's needed to do then is get a LOT of flat phys rolls on the helicals.

Other perks: no extra crit damage on us from ascendency, easy max chaos res, as much minus curse effectiveness as I could tattoo on. Invert the rules and elemental mastery make is to map mods are pretty easy, just can't do no leech and ele reflect. Physical explosions from cluster notable should make use of our MASSIVE phys as extra elemental. Max block, 5.5k+ life, and 20MM dps

Two videos of it in action:

Probably gonna roll off soon to try one more build, but thought I'd post this for anyone else who wants to see how power siphon can use the new powercreep items
