A simplex/focus will out perform a yoke, but it will be more expensive. You would want multi/+2 lightning skills, third stat you could craft inc damage while leeching. !!!!important!!!! this build relies on your energy shield being ABOVE your evasion rating. This allows overleech to occur, if your evasion rating ever goes above your ES then you'll take a massive hit to both dps and recovery. When your evasion rating is below your energy shield, ghost dance prevents you from ever reaching full ES, which means your leech will last for the full duration. Ways to balance your ES/Evasion. Evasion tattoos, evasion/es mastery, evasion wheel(if you're lacking evasion). lower evasion on your ring. You want one abyss jewel with flat cold damage and one abyss jewel with flat fire damage so you can chill/ignite for yoke.
