Skelly mages is actually amazing for leveling, only items you really need is a Honourhome with a +4 corruption (kinda cheap), a enhance lvl 2, dead recknoing and you are good to go from lvl 16 and the +9 from (helm + enhance) will carry your dmg.

You can use whatever on the other items i just wanted to go full minions so i included carrion golems, spectres and zombies but as you can see in the video they aren't necesary at all.

After recording the video i also thought that it is kinda slow since i wasn't using another movement skill so i took out desecrate and vulnerability and put a leap slam+faster attacks so now i'm going even faster.

Edit: i'm also using anomalous faster projectiles but i'm not really sure if it's the best option, i just remembered ghazzy talking about it at league start so i wanted to try it
