My first T17 of this league from yesterday on my Bladestorm league starter. I Equipped Rakiata's and switched out the Heatshiver setup for some pretty mid rares and was able to start doing T17 on day 2. Investment is about 10 divines here.

Setup is pretty much the same in this video, except I switched out Determination for Anger to push damage a bit higher, and also fit in Herald of Ice thanks to enlighten.
